Essential Doula Support- $1899

This is a great option for those who engage a doula in the later stages of birth (it’s never too late to hire me!) those who don’t have continuity of care, home birthing mothers or those who consider themselves an informed birther. This package includes minimal prenatal and postnatal support and focuses primarily on support during your labour and birth.

Free no obligation meet & greet at a local café or via FaceTime.

• 1 prenatal visit at your home - 3 hours, which includes getting to know one another, birth preparation, finalising your birth wishes list, pre birth ritual, breathing techniques, meditation, visualisation and optimal maternal positioning.

• I will provide you with postpartum friendly food for your freezer, to aid your body’s recovery.

• I go on call 2 weeks either side of your estimated due date.

• During the on call period, I am available to you for unlimited phone call and text support.

• Outside the on call period, I am available for text and email support within reason.

• Attend your labour and come with you when/if you transfer to hospital and stay for the entire labour and birth (and stay around 2-3 hours post birth - although this is flexible and i will follow your lead).

• 1 postpartum visit - approximately 2-3 hours long where we debrief your experience, I can do meal prep, light house duties, walking pets, helping with older children, help with breastfeeding, cuddle baby while you rest/shower/stretch and any other support you need.

• This postpartum visit includes a nourishing Postpartum meal package.

• Mini Wild Child essentials package gifted to you at your prenatal session.
